Pritchard Law Offices, LLC, a subsidiary of Pritchard, Bieler, Gruver & Willison, PC, is currently seeking a business attorney with at least 3-5 years of relevant legal experience (business, lending, real estate and estate planning). If you are seeking work-life balance and a flexible schedule, this is a great opportunity.This attorney will assist and advise clients on the “whole picture,” including corporate formation and registration, ownership agreements, borrowing, growth, acquisitions, divestitures, corporate contracts, real estate purchases and leases, licensing, employment and consulting arrangements. Experience with estate planning is a plus, including the drafting of trust and estate documents, related tax planning and exit strategies.
Business sense and ability to think strategically is essential. Strong legal reasoning, drafting and analytical skills are required. Must be Licensed to practice in PA with additional state licenses (e.g., NJ, NY, MD, DE) a plus. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of good judgment, professionalism, and high ethical standards.
Full-time is preferred, but this position may be part-time if needed (minimum of 24 hours/week).
Salary is commensurate with experience.
