This is a hybrid role based in our Austin office.

About you as the Corporate Attorney:
- Part of our legal team provide legal support and advice to our global business, finance and corporate teams.
- Gain experience in the growing and evolving Adtech industry.
- Work in a fast-paced and global environment which offers a challenging opportunity to utilized legal knowledge with commercial and corporate expertise.
- Opportunity to interact and liaise with both internal and external partners.
- 3+ years of legal experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial and advertising transactions, non-disclosure agreements, strategic partnerships, and vendor contracts.
- Familiar with the US and International laws and regulations relating to privacy and digital advertising (including CCPA and GDPR).
- Strong preference for prior experience in the AdTech industry.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external legal and business partners, provide clear and concise legal advice and act as a trusted partner with the business teams.
- Ability to solve complex legal and business matters.
- Comfortable in handling multiple transactions under tight and competing timelines.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Out of the box, creative, and a collaborative approach.
- Problem solver, with a pro-business approach.
- J.D. degree (or foreign equivalent) and membership in at least one US state bar.
