We are looking for a talented Corporate Attorney to join our growing legal team, who can work independently yet collaborate in a global environment.

This is a hybrid role based in our Austin office.

About the Corporate Attorney:

Part of our legal team provide legal support and advice to our global business, finance and corporate teams.

About you as the Corporate Attorney:

3+ years of legal experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial and advertising transactions, non-disclosure agreements, strategic partnerships, and vendor contracts.
Familiar with the US and International laws and regulations relating to privacy and digital advertising (including CCPA and GDPR).
Strong preference for prior experience in the AdTech industry.
Ability to collaborate with internal and external legal and business partners, provide clear and concise legal advice and act as a trusted partner with the business teams.
Ability to solve complex legal and business matters.
Comfortable in handling multiple transactions under tight and competing timelines.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Out of the box, creative, and a collaborative approach.
Problem solver, with a pro-business approach.
J.D. degree (or foreign equivalent) and membership in at least one US state bar.
