We are seeking candidates with three to six years of experience in corporate law, with particular experience in securities law advice and capital markets transactions. Candidates should have specific expertise in securities and capital markets—in particular, familiarity with public company reporting obligations, public securities offerings, SEC compliance and corporate governance requirements, as well as debt and equity markets transactions. The candidate must have experience advising on reporting requirements, leading due diligence teams, managing specialists, and drafting documents. The successful candidate also will have excellent writing skills, superior academics, and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.

Pursuant to Part 2 of the State of Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (C.R.S. 8-5-201 to 8-5-203), employers are required to provide expected compensation for posted positions resident in Colorado. The salary range for this position in our Denver office is $205,000-$260,000. Actual salary will vary and may be above or below the range based on experience. The range listed is just one component of Faegre Drinker's total compensation and benefits package for associates, which includes productivity and discretionary bonuses; life, health, accident and disability insurance; and a 401(k) plan.
