What you'll do

Advise internal business partners on corporate finance transactions, strategic initiatives, and other complex commercial matters
Draft, review, and manage credit agreements, security agreements, guarantees, and related financing documentation
Coordinate with outside counsel, counterparties, and internal cross-functional stakeholders on significant corporate projects
Support the structuring, execution, closing, and post-closing administration of multiple transactions
Contribute to business development efforts
Help develop efficient legal processes, transaction-management practices, and internal documentation standards
Perform other corporate, securities, and governance-related legal work as business needs evolve

What you'll bring

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
3+ years of relevant corporate, finance, securities, or transactional legal experience at a law firm, in-house legal department, or both
Excellent drafting, analytical, written, and oral communication skills
Strong attention to detail and sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive matters
Comfort and familiarity working with business and other non-legal stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities and transactions in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative team player with strong initiative and desire to grow professionally
