Description:
What you'll do- Advise internal business partners on corporate finance transactions, strategic initiatives, and other complex commercial matters
- Draft, review, and manage credit agreements, security agreements, guarantees, and related financing documentation
- Coordinate with outside counsel, counterparties, and internal cross-functional stakeholders on significant corporate projects
- Support the structuring, execution, closing, and post-closing administration of multiple transactions
- Contribute to business development efforts
- Help develop efficient legal processes, transaction-management practices, and internal documentation standards
- Perform other corporate, securities, and governance-related legal work as business needs evolve
What you'll bring
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
- 3+ years of relevant corporate, finance, securities, or transactional legal experience at a law firm, in-house legal department, or both
- Excellent drafting, analytical, written, and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive matters
- Comfort and familiarity working with business and other non-legal stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and transactions in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative team player with strong initiative and desire to grow professionally
