Description:

Arnold & Porter is seeking a mid-level associate (2020 - 2023) to join our Corporate & Finance practice in our new and rapidly growing Seattle office. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions including conducting due diligence, drafting ancillary documents, and managing deal checklists. This position requires strong drafting and negotiating skills the ability to work with a team and to independently manage some components of deals.

Our deal teams are structured within the Corporate & Finance practice group to allow associates to assume more responsibility and receive a high level of partner and client contact. Our collegial and collaborative group is comprised of team players who are supportive, flexible, and invested in helping associates craft a tailored career path.

Applicants must currently be licensed, or eligible to become licensed, to practice law in the state of Washington.

The salary range for this position is $235,000 - $365,000, commensurate with experience.
