Description:

We are searching for a junior/mid-level associate to join the Corporate group in our California (Los Angeles or Bay Area) offices. The ideal candidate would have experience with start-ups and emerging growth companies, venture capital financings, growth and private equity, public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions.

We are looking for motivated, team-oriented and collaborative attorneys who are excited about working closely with clients in the start-up and venture capital ecosystem

Job Requirements:

JD 2021-2024
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Entrepreneurial attitude with a client-focused approach and aptitude for client-facing work
Prior large law firm experience is a plus, but not required
Experience or exposure to venture capital, growth or private equity is a plus

Salary:
$225,000 - $310,000
