A Global Law Firm is seeking an entry-level associate with a demonstrated interest in transactional work to join our Corporate practice in our San Juan office. You will have the opportunity to support causes that impact our clients and better our communities through the firm's commitment to pro bono.

Your day will involve acting as the lawyer primarily responsible for overseeing diligence on M&A and other transactions, and also representing clients in connection with daily matters including drafting, revising and negotiating commercial contracts. Banking and/or Real Estate experience is a plus. Strong performance in these roles can lead to other varied experiences within the practice that will add to your skill set and build your base of client work.

We are looking for candidates with strong English and Spanish written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. ?The ability to multi-task and prioritize is also required.? We prefer candidates with immediately transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds and must be admitted to the state bar and be a licensed and in good standing notary public.
