Job Requirements:
Our Corporate Practice Group is seeking to hire an associate to join our Rochester, NY office. Candidates must be committed to living and working in the Rochester, NY area, and working in the firm's Rochester, NY office at least three days a week.
The ideal candidate will have four to eight years of experience working on complex mergers and acquisitions, other major business transactions, venture capital investments, and commercial contracts, and be motivated to have a long-term career in these disciplines at A Global 100 Law Firm, With More Than 700 Attorneys. Candidates will be comfortable interacting with sophisticated clients and their accounting and financial advisors. Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent client service in a private law firm.
