Are you interested in working on complex transactions for sophisticated client with a team that value camaraderie and collaboration? If so, we want you at Brownstein. Our Denver office has an immediate need for a Corporate Associate with 5-6 years of experience in middle market and lower middle market M&A and private equity transactions.

Additional experience with outside general counsel work is helpful, but not required. While strong academic performance, superb communication skills and a proven track record of success within a law firm are important criteria for this position, we are interested in candidates that are growth-minded, thrive in a dynamic, collaborative and fast-paced work environment and are interested in having a significant role on our deal teams.

Compensation: In accordance with applicable law, the following represents the range of possible compensation for this role if hired in Colorado. Salary will range between $230,000 and $305,000, depending on experience. Associates are also eligible to receive an hours-based bonus. This role is also eligible for the following firm benefits: medical insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, voluntary insurance including vision, 401(k) plan and matching contributions, profit sharing contributions and paid time off.
