A Full-Service Am Law 200 Firm growing corporate practice group is seeking associates to join the team in its Boise, ID location. We are a collaborative group offering unique and individualized growth and mentorship opportunities for hard-working and well-rounded candidates looking to maximize long-term potential. Positions are available for candidates with three to eight years of experience.Position Requirements:
Candidates with a range of three to eight years of law firm experience as a corporate attorney are encouraged to apply. This associate would have the opportunity to work in the areas of their interest, including M&A, emerging growth, commercial transactions, and/or corporate governance work. We are seeking candidates who are team oriented, have strong written and oral communication skills, have excellent professional recommendations, and would enjoy being part of a collaborative and diverse culture that supports A Full-Service Am Law 200 Firm firm values.
Expectations:
A Full-Service Am Law 200 Firm compensation is merit-based—you'll be evaluated on your individual performance and achievements. Our generous bonus program rewards financial contributions and hard work and associates are also eligible for fee splits.
A Full-Service Am Law 200 Firm expects associates to invest 1800 hours on billable matters, 75 hours of pro bono/public service work (or 50 hours of pro bono legal work), including at least 25 hours dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Contributions to the life of the firm is vital to the collective success of the firm, and we encourage our lawyers to engage in ways each person finds meaningful through various committees and firm activities.
