Description:The Atlanta office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, P.C. seeks a second- to third-year associate to join its nationally recognized corporate and transactional practice. The ideal candidates are hardworking individuals with excellent writing and analytical abilities, sound judgment, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience drafting complex transactional agreements. Candidates should have meaningful exposure to M&A transactions, cross‑border matters, and general corporate work. This is a unique opportunity to become a key contributor within a nationally recognized team while gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of buy‑ and sell‑side M&A deals, corporate governance matters, and other business transactions. A Georgia law license is required. German language capability is not required but would be a helpful qualification given our growing volume of cross-border matters.
