Faegre Drinker is actively recruiting an Associate to join the Corporate Practice Group in any of our offices located in the United States.

Candidates must list the resident office in which they wish to be considered in their cover letter.

We are seeking candidates with 5 to 10 years (depending on relevant experience) of sophisticated work drafting and advising on equity and executive compensation plans and awards, public company governance and disclosure involving executive compensation, and other executive compensation issues such as mergers and acquisitions or employment agreements. Experience with broader employee benefits, tax, corporate and/or securities at a large law firm is preferred. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, a can-do, problem-solving attitude, intrinsic motivation, ability to work collaboratively and strong academic credentials are required.

The anticipated initial annual salary range for someone who is hired into this position is $195,000 - $345,000.

Actual initial salary may be above or below the above-identified range and will be based on the relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors, and consistent with applicable law, including the location of the resident office. The initial salary range listed above is just one component of Faegre Drinker's total compensation and benefits package for attorneys, which includes, but is not limited to, productivity and discretionary bonuses; life, health, accident and disability insurance; and a 401(k) plan.
