We are seeking a motivated Corporate/Real Estate Associate Attorney with 1–5 years of experience to join our growing corporate and real estate practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general corporate law, corporate governance, commercial transactions, and real estate matters, and excels at working collaboratively with a diverse client base ranging from entrepreneurs and small businesses to institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on a variety of business and corporate matters, including entity formation, governance, mergers and acquisitions, and contract drafting.
- Negotiate and structure business and real estate transactions, including commercial leasing, acquisitions, and financing.
- Conduct due diligence and prepare closing documentation for corporate and real estate deals.
- Maintain and foster strong client relationships through responsive communication and strategic counsel.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to support firmwide corporate and transactional work.
Qualifications:
- Bar Admission: Must be admitted and in good standing in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
