Opportunity for a corporate associate to be a part of a highly regarded
and sophisticated corporate/transactional practice in any of our Ohio
offices. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in
Mergers & Acquisitions, preferably in both private equity and
strategic M&A. Must enjoy being part of a team but able to handle
individual responsibilities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Qualified candidates must possess excellent academic credentials and
strong writing/drafting skills.
