Our Corporate practice group is expanding and has an immediate opening for a Staff Attorney. This role will support M&A transactions by conducting due diligence and assisting with transaction coordination, scheduling and closings.

In addition to transactional support, we are seeking a candidate with a strong interest in artificial intelligence and legal technology who can help drive innovation and improve efficiencies throughout the deal management process.

This is a full-time position with a reduced billable-hour requirement. While candidates with 2–3 years of M&A experience are preferred, we welcome applications from individuals at all levels. Qualified candidates based in Milwaukee or Madison, Wisconsin, are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

Law degree (JD) from an ABA accredited law school
License to practice in Wisconsin or eligibility to waive into WI Bar
Ability to work in-person at our Milwaukee or Madison, WI office
Interest in legal innovation, including experience leveraging A.I. tools and prompt engineering to enhance M&A and transactional workflows
