- Entertainment and intellectual property litigator with extensive experience representing top-tier clients in music, film, media, and corporate sectors
- Skilled in handling complex copyright, trademark, privacy, and publicity disputes across federal and state courts
- Trusted advisor on maximizing IP value and navigating digital media risks, offering strategic, dispute-avoidant counsel
- Prior experience at an AmLaw 200, Law360 400, respected regional or sophisticated boutique firm (7 years out or more)
- A minimum portable book of $350K
