Allcock & Marcus, Llc Is Seeking an Experienced Conveyance Attorney with 3+ Years of Residential And/or Commercial Real Estate Experience to Join Our Firm.Responsibilities:
- Manage Residential and Commercial Real Estate Closings from Contract to Post-Closing
- Review and Clear Title Issues
- Draft and Review Purchase and Sale Agreements
- Conduct Closings and Represent Lenders and Buyers/sellers
- Coordinate with Lenders, Realtors, and Clients
- Ensure Compliance with Massachusetts Real Estate Laws and Regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ Years of Conveyancing Experience
- Licensed and In Good Standing with The Massachusetts Bar
- Strong Knowledge of Title Review and Clearance
- Excellent Organizational and Communication Skills
- Experience with Lender Representation Preferred
