Are you an experienced civil litigation attorney who is looking for the ease of working as a contract attorney? Do you have experience with reviewing key evidence, preparing and responding to discovery, writing discovery and dispositive motions? We are entrepreneurial, focused on aggressive growth, and are looking for an attorney who can hit the ground running to give our clients outstanding representation.Responsibilities:
- Drafting pleadings and motions
- Drafting discovery demands, responses, meet and confer letters
- Meet statutory deadlines and case management deadlines
- Document production and records reviews
Qualifications:
- Graduated from an ABA or California-accredited law school and be admitted to the State Bar of California
- Must not have a discipline record with any State Bar
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation
- Must be an excellent and creative writer
- Confident, independent, decisive, and take responsibility for your actions
- Strategic, big-picture thinker who can also execute
