Summary:
Indicor is seeking a Contract Corporate Counsel for a 3-4 month coverage assignment supporting our legal function. This role will focus primarily on managing commercial contracts and non-disclosure agreements across multiple business units. The ideal candidate is a practical, business-minded attorney who can work independently, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of commercial agreements and NDAs
  • Provide day-to-day legal support to multiple business units
  • Prioritize and triage legal requests, ensuring timely and practical solutions
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support business objectives while managing risk
  • Coordinate non-commercial legal matters with outside counsel as needed
  • Maintain organized contract workflows and documentation

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) required
  • Approximately 8–12 years of legal experience, including in-house commercial contracting
  • Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across a multi-business environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-directed, responsive, and comfortable working independently

Duration: 3–4 month contract assignment
