Description:
Current opening for one (1) attorney to brief and prepare criminal cases in Brazos, Harris and Montgomery counties. (Positions are 1099/sub-contractor). Excellent research and writing skills required. Candidates must be organized and self-motivated. Timeliness and attention to detail a MUST. All contacts will be kept confidential. Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Texas. This position is fully remote; the position can be done from home or from your own office.Note: Job includes preparing case summaries, summarizing police reports, legal research and drafting legal documents and preparing jury trials for Firm's lead attorney.
