Description:

Business law firm is seeking a commercial transaction and/or litigation attorney. Ideal candidate would have at least 3-5 years of commercial real estate and/or commercial litigation experience. Attorney would be handling lease reviews, contract review and preparation, contract disputes, lease issues and general business litigation. This contract position has great potential to turn into full time employment. Must be a member of the State Bar of Georgia. This position is also ideal for someone who wants flexibility and coming to the office is optional although encouraged.
