We are a fast-growing law firm with multiple locations, and we're looking for a Contract Associate Attorney to join our team.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Representing clients before USCIS and various immigration courts and agencies.
- Conducting legal research and writing detailed briefs.
- Interviewing clients to collect information.
- Preparing clients for court interviews.
Qualifications:
- Licensed attorney in any U.S. state.
- Law school degree.
- Excellent research and writing skills.
Other Requirements:
- Multi-lingual is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage caseload on a contract basis.
- Reliable communication and availability for client meetings and court deadlines.
