Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP, a nationally recognized law firm specializing in complex class action litigation, is seeking a talented Consumer Litigation Associate to join our dynamic consumer protection team at our Center City Philadelphia office.About the role:
As a Consumer Litigation Associate, you will play a key role in high-stakes consumer protection cases, working closely with partners and other team members to deliver top-tier legal representation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting in-depth legal research to develop case strategies.
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
- Responding to discovery demands and managing case-related communications.
- Collaborating with partners to identify and develop new case opportunities in the consumer protection space.
- Staying informed on emerging trends and legal developments in consumer protection law to strengthen case strategies.
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate is a creative and motivated attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong research and writing skills are essential, as is a commitment to learning and growing within the consumer protection field.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience.
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.
- Experience in complex civil or class action litigation is highly preferred, particularly in consumer protection law.
Annual base compensation ranges from $100,000 to $160,000, commensurate with experience.
