About the role:As a Consumer Litigation Associate, you will play a key role in high-stakes consumer protection cases, working closely with partners and other team members to deliver top-tier legal representation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting in-depth legal research to develop case strategies.
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
- Responding to discovery demands and managing case-related communications.
- Collaborating with partners to identify and develop new case opportunities.
- Staying informed on emerging trends and legal developments in consumer protection law to strengthen case strategies.

The ideal candidate is a creative and motivated attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong research and writing skills are essential, as is a commitment to learning and growing within the consumer protection field.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of class action litigation experience.
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in either Pennsylvania or New York.
- Experience in data privacy or consumer class action litigation is preferred.
Annual base compensation ranges from $100,000 to $175,000, commensurate with experience.
