Troutman Pepper Locke's Consumer Financial Services practice group is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our San Francisco team. We are looking for individuals with commercial litigation and consumer litigation experience interested in practicing law with a nationally recognized group. This role will require independent case management, appearances, and managing others. Candidates must have strong academic performance and writing ability and be licensed and in good standing in California.Troutman Pepper Locke's Consumer Financial Services practice focuses on a wide range of issues involving consumer finance and privacy laws, including bank and non-bank consumer lenders, credit reporting, background screening, fair housing, debt collection, credit repair, auto finance, mortgage lending and servicing, online lending and payment processing. This is an excellent opportunity to join our top-ranked, national team that litigates, provides regulatory guidance and assists with investigations initiated by government agencies.
The salary range for this position is $260,000 - $310,000 dependent on relevant years of experience.
