A National Law Firm Consumer Financial Services practice group is seeking an attorney to join our team, location flexible. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of consumer finance related litigation experience. Experience with the following is a plus:- Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
- Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCPA)
- Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA)
Candidates must have strong academic and professional credentials. Candidates must also be licensed and in good standing in Nevada. Admissions to other bars is a plus.
