Troutman Pepper Locke's Consumer Financial Services team is looking for an associate with 3-6 years of litigation experience. We prefer those with an interest in representing consumer-facing companies in highly regulated industries, including decentralized and traditional finance. This role can sit in our Virginia Beach, Richmond, New York, and Charlotte offices. Candidates must be an active member of the state bar in which they reside and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.Troutman Pepper Locke's Consumer Financial Services practice focuses on a wide range of issues involving consumer finance and privacy laws, including bank and non-bank consumer lenders, credit reporting, background screening, fair housing, debt collection, credit repair, auto finance, mortgage lending and servicing, online lending and payment processing. This is an excellent opportunity to join our top-ranked, national team that litigates, provides regulatory guidance and assists with investigations initiated by government agencies. The salary range for this position is $260,000 - $350,000, dependent on relevant years of experience.
