Troutman Pepper Locke's Consumer Financial Services team is looking for an associate with 3 or more years of litigation experience to join one of our top client teams handling Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) cases and related consumer statutory claims filed across the country. Individuals with consumer litigation experience interested in practicing law with a nationally recognized client team handling a diverse set of matters are encouraged to apply. These diverse matters include federal and state court cases filed in nearly all fifty (50) states, small claims trials, and full arbitration proceedings.Experience with credit reporting litigation and federal court practice is strongly preferred. This role will require direct client interaction, independent case management, and excellent teamwork skills, as well as in-person and remote court/arbitration appearances. Candidates must be an active member of the state bar in which they reside and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. This role can sit in our Richmond, Orange County, and Los Angeles offices. Please note your preference when applying.

The salary range for this position is $260,000 - $310,000, dependent on relevant years of experience.
