We Are a High-Volume, Regional Bankruptcy Firm Seeking an Ambitious and Hardworking Individual to Fill a Full-Time Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney Position in Our Chattanooga, Tn Location. Immediate Hire for The Right Person.

Responsibilities:

Court Appearances on Behalf of The Clients in Person and By Zoom.
Working with Regional Management to Ensure Smooth Day to Day Operations and Firm Growth;
Reviewing Cases for Accuracy and Legal Viability;
Resolving Inquires for Clients Originated by The U.S. Trustee;
Communicating with Courts, Trustees, Opposing Counsel and Other Local Law Firms in Order to Represent the Client Well;
Researching and Drafting Pleadings when Necessary;
Meeting with Clients and Counseling Them About Their Financial Alternatives;
Performing Other Related Duties as Assigned.

Qualifications:

Licensed Attorney;
Bilingual a Plus but Not Required;
Prior Bankruptcy Experience Not Required; We Will Train;
Eligible for Admission to The Eastern District of Tennessee.
