Saenz-Garcia Law, PLLC is seeking an experienced Immigration Consult Attorney to join our team on a full-time basis, specifically to conduct legal consultations with clients. As our Immigration Attorney focusing on legal consultations, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and guidance to clients regarding their immigration matters.Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal consultations with clients to assess their immigration needs, gather relevant information, and provide tailored advice based on current immigration laws and regulations.
- Explain complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner to clients with varying levels of legal knowledge.
- Analyze clients' immigration options, identifying potential risks and developing strategies to achieve their desired outcomes.
- Assist and guide clients through the application and documentation process for deportation proceedings, asylum, visas, green cards, naturalization, and other immigration-related matters.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, regulations, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to resolve complex cases.
- Keep detailed records of all client consultations and outcomes for proper case management and future reference.
- Be comfortable conducting consultations virtually (telephone/video calls).

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar in any jurisdiction and in good standing.
- Strong and well-rounded expertise in U.S. immigration laws and regulations, i.e. Removal Defense, Family-Based Petitions, VAWA, UVISA, and SIJS.
- Ideal candidate would have approximately 7-10 years of experience practicing before EOIR and USCIS.
- Candidates who have their own Law Practice and are looking to supplement their work-load are strongly encouraged or those looking for part-time work.
- Proven experience providing legal consultations and advising clients on immigration matters.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable internet connection and access to necessary technology for remote consultations.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs, including evening and weekend availability.
- Dallas, Fort-Worth in-person/hybrid Remote preferred, however fully Remote is also available.
- Must be Bilingual in the Spanish Language
