A Full-Service Law Firm is actively recruiting an associate to join its national
major projects practice in one of the following of its offices: Boulder,
Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Des Moines, Fort Wayne (IN), Indianapolis,
Minneapolis, New York, and Princeton (NJ). Our ideal candidate will
possess four to six years of transactional experience in energy,
renewable, transportation, and social infrastructure projects, including
drafting and negotiating EPC contracts, P3 agreements, CMAR agreements,
subcontractor and supply agreements, and a variety of other commercial
contracting and project finance documents. The candidate should be ready
to apply that experience to interesting and challenging matters in a
thriving and fast-paced practice. Excellent writing skills, attention to
detail, and strong academic credentials are required.
