An AmLaw 100 Law Firm is seeking a Construction Litigation Staff Attorney in New York to support the firm's growing construction practice.

The Construction Litigation Staff Attorney will handle an array of discovery-related legal work, as well as assistance with legal research, motion practice and trial/arbitration preparation, for cases involving breaches of contracts, delays, defects and suretyship on construction projects. • Construction law experience is preferred
  • Taking ownership of projects and working effectively as a member of a team
  • Excellent verbal communication, writing, research, and analytical skills
