Your Role:
Depending on experience level, you will:
- Manage and drive litigation matters from intake through resolution
- Handle discovery, depositions, and motion practice
- Lead client strategy sessions and settlement discussions
- Supervise drafting staff and mentor junior team members
- Collaborate within high-performance legal “pods” supported by paralegals, assistants, and offshore professionals
Requirements:
- Active California Bar license (additional states a plus)
- Litigation experience (1+ years for Associate level; 8+ for Senior/Partner-Track)
- Exceptional writing, advocacy, and communication skills
- Tech-savvy and organized; comfortable with structured systems and KPIs
