A Multidisciplinary, International Law Firm is seeking an attorney with 4-6 years of construction litigation experience for its Construction Business Unit in Los Angeles, CA. All candidates must have the following experience: trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience; strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills. Prior experience in construction, engineering, or architecture is considered a plus. Successful candidates must have excellent analytical skills and be detail-oriented, highly organized, and must possess a solid work ethic. Experience with insurance defense processes is considered a plus. All candidates must have a strong academic record from an ABA-accredited law school and must be currently licensed to practice law in California.
