A premier AV‑rated civil litigation firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 5+ years of construction defect litigation experience. This position offers immediate file‑handling responsibility, meaningful courtroom exposure, and the opportunity to grow within a collaborative, well‑respected team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle construction defect and habitability litigation matters from intake through resolution
- Conduct all aspects of discovery
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
- Appear in state court for hearings, conferences, and mediations
- Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
- Collaborate with partners and associates on case strategy
- Produce high‑quality written work reflecting strong research and analytical skills
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar license
- 5 years of construction defect litigation experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- State court experience
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical abilities
- Ability to manage deadlines and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
