Applicants should have a strong work ethic and extensive private practice experience in handling construction matters.The qualified candidate will have significant experience in handling contract negotiations, advising construction companies on federal and state laws and regulations governing their business and projects, and prosecuting and defending construction related claims, including the review, prosecution or defense of surety claims, mechanic liens, construction defects, delay claims and other construction related claims.
