Description:
An Antitrust, Appellate Practice Law Firm is seeking attorneys with a minimum of 4 years of general litigation experience handling construction disputes in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The attorney would be part of the Firm's nationally recognized Construction and Surety Group, which has a diverse practice in contract claims, transactions, arbitration, and litigation in state and federal jurisdictions.Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with senior attorneys and clients on litigation issues;
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and manage discovery;
- Prepare for and attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions; and
- Engage in courtroom advocacy and motion practice.
Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA accredited law school;
- Admission to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars;
- Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; and
- Ability to manage complex cases and work collaboratively in a team environment.
