Clark Hill PLC is seeking an Associate to join our Construction business unit. All candidates must have 2+ years of practice experience. Familiarity with construction and/or commercial litigation is preferred but not required. The Associate can work remotely from anywhere in the US but must be licensed and in good standing with the FL bar.The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills:
- Courtroom experience, including motion practice, and deposition experience
- Strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
The salary range at the time of posting is $185,000 - $205,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
