Seeking a Connecticut licensed attorney to work part-time as local counsel with established Florida law firm related to Creditor / Debtor actions filed in the State of Connecticut. Ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial attorney looking to add revenue to their practice. Sound knowledge of Connecticut civil procedure required. Must be prepared to begin drafting and filing defensive pleadings right away (e.g., Answers or Motions to Dismiss). Opportunity could last for several years, and successful applicant will have excellent opportunity to work with experienced lawyers. Active Connecticut Bar license necessary for consideration. Candidate may be located anywhere in the US.
