A Corporate Litigation and Transactional Law Firm is seeking an attorney with 3+ years of experience in general litigation (GL), business litigation, employment, and/or complex civil litigation to join our team in downtown San Diego (https://klinedinstlaw.com/san-diego/), with the opportunity to handle matters throughout the state.

Candidates must be an active member of the State Bar of California (https://klinedinstlaw.com/community/state-bar-california/) with strong academic credentials and experience practicing before state and federal courts and in arbitration. The ideal candidate must possess strong writing and research skills and the ability to independently handle cases and analyze complex issues. Candidates should also have experience in (and prepared to hit the ground running in) structuring discovery plans, taking and defending depositions, managing document-intensive cases, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial. Solid work ethic, excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as being a team player with a passion for advocacy, are critical to success in this position.
