We are a well-established and respected law firm currently specializing in community law. The firm elected to continue its expansion in 2020 with a satellite branch in Colorado Springs and is looking for attorneys that thrive in high growth environment. Our primary location is in Englewood and we are open to the new attorney working at either location upon a successful onboarding. Community law is about working through problems that are equal parts human dynamic and black letter law. The organization is undergoing a complete transformation in the way it will conduct business in the years ahead while just launching the industry’s first guaranteed subscription program in 2019 that has seen large levels of adoption. We are looking for individuals who want to add value to the place they work, not just with billable hours, but also with creative thinking as to how we continuously differentiate ourselves in a competitive marketplace while being highly client centric in 2023 and beyond.
At our core, we are a lifestyle firm. Our billing minimum requirements fall between 1300-1400 hours a year for general business attorneys. Should you have a stronger desire to exceed that goal, our firm can customize compensation strategies to reward overachievement in production. As with any legal position there are another 100-200 hours of non-productive time which are essential to keep the wheels on the bus turning but are not directly monetized. The firm is hiring for two attorney's ; One in general business transactions related to HOA issues and one for the collections side of the business. Our firm is expanding its litigation practice but have ample competency and bandwidth in this space currently.

Our team is currently looking for two LATERAL ATTORNEYS with 2-5 years’ experience at a minimum. Those that have a background in community law or heavily centric client practices are highly sought after but are not a requirement for consideration.
