Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a mid-level to senior lawyer to join its Commercial and Energy Disputes team with location flexibility across all US offices. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience and a strong background in managed care litigation, with significant experience in provider side representation handling reimbursement disputes between healthcare providers and payors.

Key Requirements:
  • Strong background in managed care litigation, experience litigating reimbursement disputes between healthcare providers and payors.
  • Experience in provider side representation and ongoing active interest in managed care litigation with career specialty emphasis.
  • Ability to analyze intricate legal and factual issues and provide effective solutions, with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex legal and factual concepts clearly and concisely
  • Minimum experience of 3 years, ideally gained at a large or specialized firm.
  • Willing to gain admission to the Texas State Bar.

The full time base annual salary for this position in the New York City, Denver, Los Angeles, and San Francisco market is expected to range between $270,000- $455,000. This range represents the firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting for a position in New York City, Denver, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. Salaries in other markets will vary depending on market data. Bonus opportunities are non-guaranteed and are dependent upon individual and firm performance.
