Description:

Reid and Riege, P.C., a mid-sized Connecticut law firm with a business services practice, seeks a corporate transactional attorney with at least three years of experience to join our team in the downtown Hartford office. Partial remote work will be considered.

Qualified candidates will have a background in increasing responsibility in commercial/corporate law, with particular emphasis on transactional work. M&A and/or private fund experience are a plus.

Candidates should possess strong drafting, advocacy and organizational skills, excellent judgment, and provide top notch client service.

Required Qualifications:
  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Connecticut Bar admission in good standing or ability to become admitted promptly

Compensation:
$120,000-$135,000 per year
