McMillan Metro Faerber, P.C., an AV-rated law firm located in Potomac, Maryland, has an exciting opportunity for a real estate transactional attorney who demonstrates excellent legal writing and analytical abilities, strategic negotiating prowess, and strong client communication skills. Real estate transactional experience is a must. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in real estate transactions, including for example: Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements and development agreements, HOA and condominium documents, and commercial leases. Maryland Bar is required; Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia are preferred. Portable business is a plus. Candidate must be committed to business development and actively involved in the community to promote own and firm practice areas. Attention to detail and sound judgment are qualities important to our Firm. The incumbent will learn from our existing real estate team; the ability to work as a team player is a must. Annual base salary range dependent upon experience: $105,000 – $120,000 plus Incentive Bonus Plan.
