Description:
We are seeking an attorney licensed in Illinois with at least one year of civil litigation experience and either demonstrated experience in or a strong interest in commercial litigation -- and expansion into other areas of practice, in firm additionally oriented toward probate (including guardianship) and family law. The ideal candidate will have experience conducting legal research; drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs; developing case strategies; managing discovery, including depositions and written discovery; and preparing client reports.This is can be a hybrid, or in-office position at the attorney's option, with regular court appearances in DuPage, Cook, and surrounding counties.

What You'll Do:
- Handle a caseload focused on commercial litigation
- Potentially support or handle additional matters in civil litigation, family law, probate or criminal defense depending on your experience and preferences
- Attend court in DuPage, Cook, and surrounding counties
- Work closely with in-office staff and attorneys
- Manage cases with administrative and legal support
Who We're Looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial litigation
- Experience in at least one additional area (family law, civil litigation, probate/guardianship or criminal defense) is a plus
- Licensed in Illinois
- Strong communication and organizational skills
