Celeblaws, P.A. is a U.S. law firm with offices and operations in Orlando, New York, and Shenzhen. Our practice includes complex commercial disputes, cross-border litigation, corporate matters, and international business.We are seeking a Florida-licensed Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our Orlando litigation team.
This position is well suited for an attorney who wants substantive responsibility, direct client exposure, sophisticated commercial matters, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced senior litigators in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
The attorney will have meaningful responsibility for commercial litigation matters, including:
- Managing commercial and business litigation matters from inception through resolution;
- Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, legal memoranda, and other substantive filings;
- Conducting legal research and contributing to litigation strategy;
- Managing written discovery and document production;
- Taking and defending depositions, depending on experience;
- Preparing for and attending hearings, mediations, and trials;
- Communicating directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and other professionals; and
- Collaborating with attorneys and support staff on domestic and cross-border matters.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Active member in good standing of The Florida Bar;
- Substantive litigation experience, preferably in commercial or business litigation;
- Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills;
- Experience with pleadings, motions, discovery, and case management;
- Strong professional judgment and attention to detail; and
- Ability to take ownership of matters while working collaboratively with a team.
Preferred:
- Approximately 3–7 years of litigation experience;
- Experience with commercial litigation, contract disputes, business disputes, shareholder disputes, asset recovery, or related matters;
- Deposition, hearing, mediation, or trial experience;
- Federal court experience; and
- Experience handling matters involving significant client responsibility.

Compensation & Benefits:
$120,000–$160,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated litigation capabilities.
Additional performance-based compensation may be available based on individual performance and the firm's compensation structure.

Candidates should be located in Central Florida or willing to work regularly from our Orlando office. A hybrid arrangement may be available depending on experience, case responsibilities, and firm needs.
