Offit Kurman is an Am Law 200 firm seeking a litigation associate with at least five years of experience to join our Los Angeles team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking long-term career growth in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.Position Details:
We are seeking candidates with strong defense-side litigation experience. While prior commercial litigation experience is preferred, it is not required. The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of litigation experience
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Ability to take and defend depositions and handle court appearances
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
- Active California bar license
