Role DescriptionAs an Associate Attorney at Fink Bressack, your primary responsibilities will include drafting legal documents (pleadings, briefs (trial and appellate), discovery, etc), providing legal advice, legal research, interacting directly with clients and opposing counsel, representing clients in court, taking and defending depositions, and assisting with trials. This is a hybrid role, based in Bloomfield Hills, MI, with potential for some remote work. The ideal candidate will be passionate about law, committed to upholding justice, and eager to contribute to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in civil litigation, particularly commercial litigation
