Office Locations: PhoenixQuarles & Brady LLP seeks an associate with 6–8 years of experience to join our Commercial Litigation practice in the Phoenix, Arizona office. Applicants should have significant experience in the following: (i) researching, drafting, and arguing dispositive motions and appeals in state and federal court; (ii) managing complex commercial litigation matters with limited supervision, including discovery strategy, depositions, and case management; and (iii) trial and arbitration preparation. The successful candidate must have strong research and writing skills, a strong academic record, and the ability to run cases independently. Arizona bar admission required; California admission a plus.
