We are currently looking to add talented litigation associates to our Commercial Litigation group in our Nashville, Tennessee office.What you will do:
- Be a strategic part of litigation teams committed to providing excellent representation to our clients;
- Participate in trial preparation;
- Take and defend depositions;
- Prepare and argue motions;
- Research and analyze complex litigation issues
What you bring:
- 3 - 5 years of litigation experience;
- Experience in taking and defending depositions;
- Ability to research and investigate complex litigation areas;
- Excellent writing abilities What you receive:

Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Juris Doctor
